Zorbies Refund Policy

Refund Policy

Zorbies accepts returns or exchanges according to the Refund Policy outlined below. Given our product line our policies must meet appropriate health and safety standards, therefore we can only accept returns if your item meets all of the following requirements. Item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original factory packaging with the original factory installed garment tag and plastic fastener intact (uncut) and in place as it was when you received it
  • Unworn, clean and odor-free
  • Returned within 30 days of purchase date

If any of the items in the returned package do not meet all of these requirements or are deemed to have been worn, Zorbies is required to discard all returned items in order to comply with our standards, and no refund or exchange will be made.

Refunds

If you are eligible for a refund we'll automatically issue it to your credit card or original method of payment for the eligible returned items, less a $5 handling fee per order. Sale items and shipping costs for the original order, if any, are non-refundable.

How to Make a Return

Should you need to return an item please forward your Order Confirmation to orderzandhelp@zorbies.com with the request, and we will respond with return instructions. You are responsible for shipping costs for return items, unless the purchase was made through PayPal in which case return shipping may be free according to PayPal's terms and conditions.
