Zorbies is owned and operated by Ready to Buy, LLC, a US company, and we are committed to maintaining your trust and confidence. The following online Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from zorbies.com (the “Site”).

Personal information collected

When you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through our Site we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information, email address, and phone number. We refer to this information as “Order Information”. We use this Order Information generally to fulfill any orders placed through the Site and also to communicate with you.

Communication

Zorbies uses the e-mail address that you provide when you make a purchase from us to communicate with you about your order and the order process, including but not limited to sending order and shipping confirmations, providing you with relevant product information and updates as well as other order related items. If you opt-in to receive our Newsletter you may also receive e-mails with offers, announcements, news, and other relevant store information. If you choose to supply your postal address in an online form, and have opted-in to receive our Newsletter, you may receive mailings from us as well.

As part of overall site operations we use third-parties, for example Shopify and PayPal, to perform services such as to host our site and to process payments. Personal information collected

When you visit the Site certain information about your device is automatically collected, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, information about the individual web pages or products that you view is collected, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. How do we use your personal information?
