Zorbies women's pad underwear has a 2-layer Pocket to hold a pad. The main function of the Pocket is to keep a pad more securely in place. It also helps prevent the pad from twisting and moving so you get better coverage and protection.

Note: This brief does NOT have any absorbency. All of the absorbent protection and primary leak proofing must be provided by the pad.
